Celebrating 30 Years of quattro®at Boat Asia 2010

Asia’s premier leisure boat and luxury waterfront event, Boat Asia 2010, played host to a celebration of 30 years of Audi quattro®quattro®Vorsprung durch Technik: quattro® technology stands for permanent power to all four wheels distributed between the front and rear axles.quattro® . In 1980, Audi’s pioneering quattro® technology set a new standard for permanent power to all four wheels distributed between the front and rear axles. Thirty years on and it’s still the benchmark. Special quattro® test drives were available for those that signed-up, also on show at Boat Asia 2010 was the Audi quattro® obstacle course where drivers could experience quattro® at its best with the Audi Q7 as well as a challenge to test the traction and control of permanent all-wheel drive on a wet surface against a rear wheel driven vehicles.
