The 10.1 inch touch display incorporates the latest Multimedia navigation plus infotainment system and is highly customisable to the user. The system recognises your preferences based on previous journeys, giving you intelligent route suggestions based on real time traffic information. The new MMI search feature is based on free text entry via a virtual keypad when the vehicle is stationary or via handwriting recognition. You can also operate the MMI system with natural language voice control.

With the new Audi connect digital services, you will be able to get more information and control out of your car. The myAudi app (available on iOS and Android) provides you with access to your Audi Q3 via an app. You will be able to get information regarding your vehicle's location, fuel levels, parental controls, and service/maintenance information. Set your destination via the app even before you enter your car. Through the Multimedia interface, you will also get access to Google Earth, parking information as well as fuel prices and locator.

    Audi virtual cockpit

The Audi virtual cockpit is a fully digital instrument cluster with a 12.3-inch TFT screen. The display shows a wide range of information in sharp, highly detailed graphics. It includes traditional speed and rpm figures as well as information on navigation, media and driver assistance systems. The driver can use the View button on the multi-function steering wheel to switch the Audi virtual cockpit between two views. First, the tachometer and speedometer are displayed as large dial-type gages in driving mode, with a central window showing minimal information. In the alternative mode (as pictured above), a large stage for the navigation map or for lists in the phone, radio and audio areas are displayed, while the tachometer and speedometer are displayed as small dial instruments.

Content such as navigation, phone, music and supported third-party apps (such as Spotify, Google Maps, Whatsapp, Waze, etc) appear within the Multimedia Interface (MMI) screen. You can use the car operating system to conveniently access the contents of your smartphone that is connected via the USB port. The Audi smartphone interface acts independently of the navigation system and Audi connect services.
