Vehicle information is transmitted automatically to help ensure that assistance is provided as quickly as possible. In the event of a vehicle breakdown or a minor accident, online roadside assistance and Audi incident assistance provide help right away.

Audi connect remote & control The Audi connect remote & control services connect the vehicle with the smartphone. Using the myAudi app it is possible to access the vehicle, view the last parking position and the current vehicle status remotely. This includes the current fuel level, the current mileage, when the next inspection is due as well as information on whether the doors and windows are closed. Certain optional equipment can additionally benefit from the online connection. For example, a push notification can be sent to your smartphone if the optional anti-theft alarm is triggered.
