Roadside Assistance
For assistance with your vehicle:
- Call us at +65 9828 1233 or,
- Press the Roadside Assistance icon at the top right hand corner of the Audi Service SG App homepage or,
- Press the Online Roadside Assistance button, located at the roof area near the rear view mirror (for vehicles with Online Roadside Call function only)
1 Your Audi Customer Care Advisor will identify your needs and arrange the most appropriate services for your situation. Your incident will be monitored throughout to ensure that the service you receive is as fast and efficient as possible.
2 For vehicles registered January 2023 onwards, your new vehicle comes complete with a 3-year complimentary Roadside Assistance in Singapore.
3 Audi will ensure that you receive assistance quickly and efficiently – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
4 Enquire with your Authorized Audi Dealer for the scope of services provided by the Roadside Assistance.
5 Certain services are chargeable (e.g. Battery replacement when battery is more than 12 months old and Lock-out service).
