This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how Audi Singapore Pte. Ltd., UEN 200819216Z (“Audi Singapore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”). This Policy applies to all interactions with Audi Singapore across our channels, including but not limited to our official websites, authorised dealers and service centres (including Premium Automobiles Pte. Ltd.), third-party service providers engaged by us to process your data (including our customer satisfaction survey service provider), third parties who provide data to us in connection with your dealing with us (including e-commerce platforms), marketing campaigns, customer events, and other online or offline touchpoints. Please note that any third party involved may require you to agree to their own separate privacy policy. This Policy supersedes any previous policy.Personal data means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (a) solely from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access.We generally do not collect your personal data (whether directly or through any third party) unless:it is provided to by you directly, through any third party working with us or via a third party who has been duly authorised by you to disclose your personal data to us (your “authorised representative”) after (i) you (or your authorised representative) have been notified of the purposes for which the data is collected, and (ii) you (or your authorised representative) have provided consent to the collection and usage of your personal data for those purposes;without explicitly declaring your consent, you voluntarily provide the personal data to us directly or through any third party working with us for a purpose and it is also reasonable that you would voluntarily provide the data; orthe collection and use of your personal data without your consent is permitted or required by the PDPA or other applicable laws.By providing your personal data to us through any channel (including but not limited to online forms, in-person events, or email), you are deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data on the terms of this Policy.
We may collect personal data including but not limited to:Name, Contact details (address, email address or mobile number),Age, Identification information,Driver’s license information,Vehicle information (e.g., VIN, registration details, service history),Residential address,Payment or transaction records including credit card details,Test drive and event participation information,Marketing and communication preferences, andDigital data such as cookies, IP address, or browsing behavior when using our websites or digital platforms.Personal data may be collected directly from you (e.g., when you submit a form, make a request for a test drive, register for a service or make a purchase) or indirectly through our partners (including Audi AG), authorised dealers, service centres (such as Premium Automobiles Pte. Ltd.), e-commerce partners or service providers. If personal data is collected from you by our partners for their own purposes, you may be required to agree to their privacy policies in addition to this Policy.
We may collect, use and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:1. Test-DrivesArranging for test-drivesDisclosing personal data to insurers to underwriting, coverage confirmation and risk assessmentsProcessing, investigating and settling any damage, incent or insurance-related claims arising out of the test-drive2. If you submit personal data of any natural person (including any event guests), you confirm you have received their consent to disclosing their personal data to us and that, before providing their data to us, you have informed them of this Policy and any privacy notice relevant to the event (if any) and directed them to where they can read it. We may (but are not obligated to) also provide notice directly to that person using the contact details you provide.Where required by law or where we intend to use your personal data for new purposes not previously notified (especially direct marketing), we will seek your express consent before doing so.You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 11). Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain services to you.
If you withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, we will require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of accepting the request, including any legal consequences which may affect you. In general, we seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.Depending on your request, we may not be able to continue providing our goods or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing in the manner described in clause IV.1. above.Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without your consent is permitted or required under the applicable laws.
We may disclose your personal data to:Audi AG (Germany) and its affiliates for operational support,
Authorised dealers/service partners/ aftersales support service providers and service centers including Premium Automobiles Pte. Ltd.,
Platform/e-commerce partners,
Marketing agencies/IT vendors/logistics providers/event organizers engaged by us,
Financial institutions/business partners if you request financing/trade-in/insurance options, and
Regulatory authorities/government agencies where required by law.All third parties processing your data on our behalf are contractually required to protect it in accordance with the PDPA and/or in accordance with policies which are of a standard comparable to the standard set under the PDPA. Where the third party is processing your personal data on their own behalf, they will send you a copy of their privacy policy, informing you of their policies regarding your personal data.
Your personal data may be transferred outside Singapore, including jurisdictions where Audi AG or our service providers operate, for storage/processing purposes. In such cases we will ensure that any transfers comply with PDPA requirements for cross-border transfers of personal data by ensuring that recipients are bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
We employ reasonable administrative (such as staff training), physical (such as secure premises), and technical (such as encryption) measures, designed to protect your personal data from unauthorised access/collection/use/disclosure/copying/modification/disposal/loss/misuse and/or similar risks. Access is restricted strictly on a need-to-know basis.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for fulfilment of the purposes stated in this Policy - or as required under applicable laws - and will securely delete/anonymize it when no longer needed.
We rely on you to ensure that all personal data provided is accurate/complete/current. Please inform us promptly if there are changes so we can update our records accordingly.
You may request access to and/or correction of your personal data held by us at any time by contacting us using the details below. Reasonable administrative fees may apply depending on the nature/complexity of your request and we will inform you before processing if so.We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable legal requirements - generally within thirty days - or notify you if more time is needed due to complexity.
If we are unable to comply with a request, we will generally inform you why unless not required under law.If a minor has provided personal data inadvertently, please contact us so it can be deleted.
