The Aftersales Manager is responsible for overseeing all Aftersales activities within the assigned region, ensuring strong dealer performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Audi brand and technical standards.

Success in this role requires strong dealer relationships, data-driven performance management, and effective cross-functional and stakeholder collaboration.

 

The role and job responsibilities:

 

Network Performance & KPI Management

  • Plan, monitor, and drive Aftersales KPIs (such as Service, Parts, Oil, Accessories)
  • Analyse dealer performance across service, workshop, and parts to identify gaps and implement action plans
  • Conduct quarterly surveys, monthly activity reporting, and post-visit dealer reports
  • Provide business consultancy, performance management, and coaching to the dealer network

 

Customer Experience, Goodwill & Quality Assurance

  • Manage customer care channels, satisfaction KPIs, and goodwill processes
  • Conduct regular customer care reviews with dealers and oversee customer recovery actions
  • Set up, manage, and analyse customer satisfaction and STLI (Technical) KPI platforms
  • Lead product quality case reviews and implement corrective actions with dealers
  • Escalate cases to Audi AG Technical Support Centre (TSC) where required
  • Conduct monthly technical discussions with dealers and Audi AG
  • Monitor recall, safety, and service campaign completion and define action plans
  • Manage related enquiries with government authorities i.e.LTA

 

Warranty, Policy & Compliance

  • Review and optimise dealer warranty and policy claim processes
  • Interpret and communicate local and factory warranty policies
  • Manage extended warranty programs with dealers and underwriters

  • Analyse service facilities and recommend improvements aligned with Audi AG standards
  • Conduct LiS audits, Service Core Process audits, and Retail audits
  • Advise dealers on correct tooling and equipment usage
  • Manage parts and tooling requirements for new model introductions
  • Roll out and ensure compliance with Service Core Process and Dealer Standards
  • Ensure adherence to Stock Vehicle Maintenance Standards

 

Training & Development

  • Conduct training needs analysis across the dealer network
  • Provide training recommendations to Regional Training
  • Support training certification and assessment centre activities

 

Sales Support

  • Support service marketing campaigns and promotions in line with Audi AG planning
  • Collaborate on accessory campaigns to improve penetration and fitment
  • Identify and coordinate new Aftersales business opportunities

 

Reporting, Communication & Market Feedback

  • Maintain regular engagement with Dealer Management on Aftersales operations
  • Support dealers in achieving annual Aftersales targets
  • Provide up-to-date technical and operational information to the network
  • Prepare and present reports to internal management and dealers on performance, trends, and opportunities
  • Submit monthly Aftersales activity reports and dealer visit reports

 

Other Duties

  • Perform any additional tasks as required to support business needs

  • Proven experience in dealer management and customer engagement within a commercial environment.
  • Prior experience with financial oversight and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of dealer business models, KPIs, and operational standards.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in technical Aftersales operations, preferably with trade certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Business Objects.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Confident in delivering presentations and representing the brand to high-profile stakeholders.
  • Product knowledge and service development expertise preferred.
