Audi Q4 e-tron Weekend Drive and Staycation Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") (as of 30 May 2024)

This Lucky Draw is carried out by Audi Singapore Pte Ltd ("Audi") and is subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms").

1.1To participate in the Lucky Draw, the participant (the “Participant”) must reactivate or sign-up for a myAudiworld account (the "Member account") sent via electronic mailer from 1 June to 31 July 2024 on the new shopaudi.sg website.

1.2Each Participant will only be allowed to submit 1 completed Member account. Audi reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Lucky Draw with a duplicate email address.

1.3For the avoidance of doubt:
(a)Each Participant shall be at least 27 years old, have at least 3 years of driving experience and be in possession of a driving license which is valid for use in Singapore; and
(b)Only natural persons are eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Corporate or other entities are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

1.4Notwithstanding Clause 1.1 above, permanent and contract employees, and members of management of the following entities and/or the following persons shall not qualify as Participant:
(a)Audi Singapore Pte. Ltd.;
(b)Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd; or
(c)Any person involved in organizing, promoting and/or conducting the Lucky Draw.

1.5Notwithstanding Clause 1.1 above, the immediate family members (the "Immediate Family Members") of any person referred to in Clause 1.4 above shall not qualify as Eligible Members. Immediate Family Members shall include such person’s:
(a)children;
(b)spouse;
(c)siblings
(d)parents; and
(e)in-laws.

1.6Any prize won by any persons prohibited under Clauses 1.4 and 1.5 herein shall be forfeited and the Winner (as defined below) shall not have any claim against Audi for such forfeiture.

1.7Notwithstanding the aforesaid, Audi reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Lucky Draw at any time.

2.1Each Participant who has properly completed the Member account and submitted to Audi shall be entitled to participate and qualify for one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw.

2.2By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Participant:
(a)agrees to be bound by these Terms and any amendments thereof, including all Terms relating to obligations of the Winner (as defined below); and
(b)agrees to be bound by the decisions of Audi, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Lucky Draw.
These Terms are intended to be read with the Specific Lucky Draw Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Specific Lucky Draw Terms, the Specific Lucky Draw Terms shall prevail.

2.3Failure to comply with these Terms shall result in an automatic disqualification from the Lucky Draw and/or immediate forfeiture of the Prize (as defined below) and the Participant shall not have any claim against Audi for such forfeiture.

3.1Audi will conduct the Lucky Draw on 13 August 2024 at 1500 hours, or at any other date and time as determined by Audi the “collectively, the "Draw Dates]". The determination of the Winner for the Lucky Draw will be conducted under the supervision of an employee of Audi at [Audi’s premises] and takes place in the presence of a scrutineer who is not associated with Audi or otherwise involved in the conduct of the Lucky Draw.

3.2On each of the Draw Dates, one (1) winner will be selected at random by Audi personnel and/or representatives (the "Winner") using an online randomiser. The names of the Winner will be published on this webpage.

3.3The Winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days from the each of the Draw Dates, with the instructions on how to claim the Prize.

3.4Audi reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Participant from the Lucky Draw and/or substitute another Participant as the Winner in the event that Audi in its absolute discretion believes that the Winner may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring Audi into disrepute, and the Prize will be forfeited without any compensation. The Participant shall not have any claim against Audi for such forfeiture.

4.1Subject to Clause 4.2 below, each of the Winners will win a chance to drive the Audi Q4 e-tron 45 quattro (“Audi Q4 e-tron”) for the weekend on demand and a weekend staycation at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore ("Prize").

4.2The Prize may be booked by the Winner as per the instructions given by Audi, and shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
(a)Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
(b)The Audi Q4 e-tron is only valid for a weekend drive.
(c)In the event of the Winner’s failure to claim the Prize as per the instructions given by Audi within the stipulated time period, the Prize will be forfeited without any compensation.
(d)The Audi Q4 e-tron is not available for use on all public holidays.
(e)The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions or discounts.
(f)The Audi Q4 e-tron is only available for pick up and return from Audi at 8 Kallang Avenue, Aperia Tower 1, #08-01 - #08-09, Singapore 339509.
(g)Audi Singapore Pte. Ltd. and/or Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd reserve the rights at their sole discretion, at any time without notice and without assigning any reason, amend the above terms and conditions, withdraw the promotion, or substitute the Prize with any other prize of a similar value.

4.3The Winner may be required to produce (i) his/her identity card, (ii) his/her driving license, and (iii) any other documents as may be requested by Audi and/or Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd for verification purpose in order to claim the Prize.

4.4If the Winner fails to provide any of the required documents and details, Audi and/or Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd shall have no further obligation to provide the Prize.

4.5Without prejudice to any other terms and conditions which the Winner may be subject to in relation to the Prize, the Winner hereby agrees to exercise reasonable care, ensure proper use and not cause harm to the Audi Q4 e-tron when in possession of the Audi Q4 e-tron in any way, and to indemnity Audi against any loss or damage caused to the Audi Q4 e-tron, or for any diminution in value thereof, by reason of any accident, act or omission of the Winner and/or any third party (while in the possession of the Winner).

5.1In the event that the consumption of the Prize incurs any additional cost or tax liability, such additional cost or tax is the sole responsibility of the Winner.

5.2The consumption of the Prize shall be subject to the Terms herein and all such further terms and conditions which Audi or its Affiliates (as defined below) may notify the winner before the consumption of the Prize.

5.3Each Participant hereby expressly and irrevocably consents to, and grants to Audi and its Affiliates the right to use the information (including personal data) in the Member account submitted in any manner as Audi shall see fit.

5.4Each Participant irrevocably releases Audi and its Affiliates from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, or damages which such person may have in connection with his or her particulars or personal data/information, being (i) used by Audi and its Affiliates (or any third party which Audi has released the particulars/information to) in any manner or format; or (ii) disclosed or otherwise provided by Audi and its Affiliates to any third party, for the purposes provided herein.

5.5Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Audi reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Lucky Draw or to amend, add and/or delete any of these Terms without prior notification and all Participants shall be bound to such amendments, additions or deletions when effected.

5.6Audi and its Affiliates shall not be liable in any way to any Participant or any person for:
(a)any loss, damage or expenses arising in connection with the Lucky Draw or Prize;
(b)any act or omission relating to any person’s participation in the Lucy Draw however caused;
(c)late or non-notification of any information in relation to the Lucky Draw or Prize;
(d)incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected notices;
(e)mail, e-mail, technical, hardware or software breakdown of any kind;
(f)lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete garbled or delayed electronic transmission or transactions, which may limit a Participant’s ability to participate in the Lucky Draw or claim the Prize; or
(g)any error in computing chances.

5.7The Participant shall indemnify and keep Audi and its Affiliates and their respective officers, agents and employees ("Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, claims and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the Participant's breach of any of these Terms.

5.8In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Lucky Draw, the Terms contained herein shall prevail.

5.9Any person who is not a Participant may not enforce any of these Terms under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act 2001 of the Republic of Singapore including any subsidiary legislation (and any subsequent enactment or amendments thereto).
